Marty has extensive professional and corporate experience in executive management, primarily within the information technology and healthcare industries. His experiences with a variety of companies and cultures involved actively negotiated mutually agreeable solutions for a variety of interpersonal and business conflicts. He has participated in numerous team-building and sensitivity training programs and has completed over 100 hours of formal mediation training, including:

Ø ACR Certified training for family law issues
Ø Certified Professional in Managing Workplace Conflict
Ø Advanced training, including mediating across cultures.
Last year, he mediated more than 50 disputes helping people to create pathways to solutions. Marty strongly believes in the outstanding value of mediation and finds the process of facilitating positive outcomes genuinely satisfying.
He is a cum laude graduate of Western New England School of Law, where he received a J.D. degree, and has a bachelor’s degree in political science. During law school and as a
