For many years, as a healthcare and technology executive or consultant, it was clear that the success of future harmony and productivity depended on conflicts being resolved so that the result worked for all involved. He spent significant time negotiating and resolving employment and ADA issues, as well as building teams, resolving the inevitable interpersonal conflicts that arise as teams mature. He has extensive experience negotiating contracts and resolving disputes for services, facilities, employment, and real estate with a focus on the technology industry and healthcare.
